Replacement Policy
All of our products are seal-wrapped & carefully packed for each delivery. Unfortunately, any damages that occur during the shipping is beyond our control.
But no worries, we love our customers so much that we put you first in our replacement policy.
Attention : Damaged items that apply to this policy are only items that are badly damaged to the extent that it is not possible or safe to be used for the first time. No replacement for packaging.
However, returns/exchanges must be done within 14 working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. If there is no response after 14 days after receiving your parcel, we are no longer able to accommodate any requests as the condition of the parcel and products after that is beyond our control.

I received my items badly damaged, how can I get a replacement?
1. Send a picture of the damaged items via email for replacement request within 14 days of receiving the items.
2. We will pass the info to our courier partner for further investigation.
3. After approval, we will notify you for shipping.
4. After receiving the shipping payment, we will ship your item straight away!
Product refund & exchange policy:
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to make sure the items ordered are correct, have read all the info of the products, and be sure that the product is suitable before proceeding with payment as we DO NOT provide returns or exchanges on USED or OPENED products.
However, we still allow a courtesy exchange/store credit refund for UNOPENED products within 30 days.
If you change your mind about certain unopened items in your order, we allow store credit refund or exchange.
However, there will be a 30% deduction on the item(s) total purchase price. E.g. If you bought item A at RM30, we can only return a store credit of RM21 or allow exchange of products that are priced at RM21 and below.
Please note that the 30% deduction is necessary to compensate with the service, stock and labor cost that have been invested during your initial purchase.
We accept exchange or store credit refund on products that are unopened and unaltered, with ALL original packaging still attached within 30 DAYS of the confirmation of delivery. Any unopened products beyond 30 days will not be accepted.
We DO NOT exchange or issue store credit for USED or OPENED products. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may impose, but we do not issue refunds or accept returns. No exceptions.

Please note that we will NOT cover the shipping cost of the product return and no reimbursement is allowed. The customer must cover the postage cost on their own.
We reserve the right to refuse your request if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.

Shipping Policy
We offer standard shipping for all orders made in Beauty Blossoms website. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays). We use flat-rate shipping of our product. Despite the number of shipments you receive, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation. Free shipping is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is above 3 items Orders will be processed and shipped once complete payment is received. International: We do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of Malaysia. Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
